STEP 1 - THE CONSULTATION

To ensure a smooth and efficient process for your bridal alterations, please complete the booking form with the required details. Clearly describe your requested alterations, and kindly attach photos of your dress. This information is vital as it allows me to evaluate my availability for your wedding date and the specific alterations you need. Should I need further details or more images to provide you with the best estimate, I will reach out promptly.
After submitting your form, you will receive an appointment link. Please be advised that fittings are exclusively scheduled on Wednesdays. A $100 reservation fee is required to secure your booking; this fee will be applied to your total for all services rendered. Do note that this fee is non-refundable, even if you choose not to proceed with my services.
For brides traveling to Utah from out of state, special accommodations may be possible, subject to an associated fee. Thank you for considering Bespoke Bridal Alterations for your special day.
STEP 2- INITIAL FITTING
6 to 8 WEEKS BEFORE THE WEDDING
During this pivotal step, we convene at my studio to pin your dress, ensuring an exquisite fit tailored just for you. We will delve into your fit concerns and any modifications or customizations you wish to discuss, allowing us to create a vision that meets your expectations. As I carefully pin your gown, you will gain a clearer visual of the final silhouette.
It is essential to bring your wedding shoes and any undergarments, shapewear, or petticoats to each fitting, as these elements significantly influence the overall fit of your gown. Please ensure that you order these items in advance to facilitate a seamless fitting experience.
Following our initial consultation, please be advised that payment for the estimated alterations is required in full prior to commencing any work. This policy is implemented to uphold a smooth and efficient process; exceptions cannot be made. For your reference, kindly consult the pricing list for details concerning potential alteration costs.
STEP 3 - FOLLOW-UP FITTINGS
WHEN AND IF NEEDED
Additional follow-up fittings may be necessary depending on the extent of work needed for your gown. These fittings are designed to ensure your dress fits you perfectly and address any additional alterations that may be necessary. This is particularly relevant for brides requiring extensive sizing adjustments or major customizations to the gown.

STEP 4 - FINAL FITTING
2 TO 4 WEEKS BEFORE THE WEDDING
During this final fitting, you will have the opportunity to try on your gown a final time, ensuring that every detail reflects your vision of perfection. For this appointment, you are welcome to bring one family member or a member of your wedding party. I will guide them on how to bustle your gown, ensuring that you are both confident and comfortable on your special day. They will receive comprehensive instructions on how to assist you in getting in and out of your gown, and they will have the opportunity to practice the dressing and bustling techniques. By the conclusion of this appointment, you will leave with your dress, beautifully tailored and ready for your special day!
